Industry: At-Home ABA Therapy Services with expansion into Clinic in the Clayton Area.
We are a growing at-home ABA therapy company dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate services to children and families throughout North Carolina. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and ABA-experienced Operations Manager to support our clinical and administrative operations remotely.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the day-to-day flow of ABA services, has experience working with behavior technicians and families, and is comfortable managing scheduling, authorization updates, and operational coordination within the CentralReach system.
ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate technician schedules for in-home ABA sessions
Handle scheduling adjustments, cancellations, and rescheduling requests with families
Communicate professionally with parents regarding scheduling and service updates
Work closely with behavior technicians and clinical staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Assist with authorization tracking and scheduling changes related to insurance approvals
Support administrative and operational workflows across the organization
Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling information within the CentralReach system
Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and help ensure adequate staffing coverage
Assist with general operations and team coordination as needed
Must reside in North Carolina
Experience using the CentralReach system required
Prior experience in the ABA field strongly preferred
Experience as an RBT/behavior technician and/or ABA administrative coordinator preferred
Understanding of ABA therapy terminology, service structures, and scheduling workflows
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable communicating with parents, technicians, and clinical staff
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
ABA scheduling or operations experience
Authorization management experience
Experience supporting remote healthcare or therapy teams
Knowledge of insurance-based ABA operations
