About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless coordination of care

• Providing education and support to residents and families to promote health and wellness

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse RN) license in the state of Missouri

• Experience in long-term care or related field preferred

• Ability to lift and transfer residents with ease

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and caring approach to resident care
