Ensure that appropriate equipment and utensils are provided with the resident's meal trayReview of tray card to assure that current food information is consistent with food servedFollow posted cleaning schedule utilizing proper sanitation and cleaning methods Follow infection control and safety measuresOther duties as assigned by Cook or Dietary ManagerRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentCurrent Food Handlers Card Ability to speak, understand, read and write in EnglishPreferred: Experience in Skilled Nursing FacilityBenefits:Full benefits package - Medical, Dental, and Vision401k Life and Disability InsurancePaid Time off
