Reservationist (Hotel Reservations / Call Center) | Full or Part Time

Description:

Join Lake Lawn Resort as a Reservationist and be the first point of contact for guests planning their stay. In this role, you’ll assist guests with booking rooms, spa services, dining, golf, and more helping create a seamless experience from the very first call.

Position Details

• Shift: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Weekends)
• Department: Reservations / Front Office

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries
• Book guest rooms, spa services, golf tee times, dining, and recreational activities
• Provide accurate information on rates, packages, and resort amenities
• Enter and manage reservations in the property management system
• Handle reservations via phone, email, and other channels
• Process group bookings and rooming lists
• Assist with special requests and coordinate with front desk and operations teams
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest bookings
• Process gift certificates and administrative tasks (labels, mailings, etc.)
• Provide directions, general resort information, and exceptional customer service

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service, reservations, or call center experience preferred
• Experience with property management systems (Springer Miller a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
