Mobile Director of Nursing (DON) — Scranton / Northeast PA

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Mobile Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team at Tobin & Associates, a leading staffing agency in the healthcare industry. As a Mobile DON, you will provide clinical leadership and support to Skilled Nursing communities throughout Northeast Pennsylvania, with assignments ranging from several weeks to a couple of months. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven DON to make a meaningful impact where clinical leadership is needed most.

Role Highlights:

What We're Seeking:

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Nursing with a minimum of 3 years of DON experience in a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of strong clinical leadership and survey outcomes, experience with facility stabilization, survey readiness, clinical performance improvement, and/or multi-site support, and be able to quickly establish credibility and build trust with a new nursing team.

Compensation Package:

• $120,000–$140,000 Annual Base Salary
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Travel expenses reimbursed by the company
• Company-paid hotel/lodging for required overnight assignments
• Full-Time opportunity

Position Requirements / Certifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum 3 years of recent DON experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care
• Strong history of quality and survey performance
• Facility stabilization/turnaround, survey readiness, clinical leadership and/or multi-site support experience highly preferred
• Must be willing and able to travel, including overnight stays
