- Inspect equipment and machinery to identify issues before they escalate.
- Repair and maintain a variety of fabrication and industrial equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
- Read and interpret manuals and work orders to execute maintenance tasks accurately.
- Assist with minor facility and janitorial tasks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment
- Technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical capability to lift equipment, climb ladders, kneel, squat, bend, and work in varying environments
- Good vision, depth perception, and manual dexterity.
- Availability to work evening, weekend, or emergency hours as needed.
- Computer literate.
