Job Description
CDR ProSource is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dock Worker to join a manufacturing team in Three Rivers, MI. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping, receiving, material handling, or warehouse operations and will be responsible for safely handling materials, preparing shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify outbound shipments against pick lists, packing slips, and customer orders.
  • Band, wrap, stage, load, and unload finished products safely and accurately.
  • Prepare and attach Bills of Lading (BOLs), labels, and shipping documentation.
  • Stage completed orders by carrier or destination and coordinate pickups with drivers.
  • Inspect products and report missing items, incomplete shipments, or documentation issues.
  • Receive and unload incoming materials, supplies, and tooling using forklifts or pallet jacks as authorized.
  • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy and condition.
  • Move received materials to designated staging and storage areas.
  • Operate oil impregnation and vacuum chamber equipment according to established procedures.
  • Maintain oil usage logs, monitor oil levels, and request replenishment as needed.
  • Properly label and segregate materials and finished products.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment when authorized.
  • Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
  • Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure products are approved before shipping or processing.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized dock, transport aisles, and work areas.
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures and report safety or equipment concerns promptly.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, dock work, or material handling preferred.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials throughout the facility.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork, shipping documentation, and inventory.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
