BREAST ULTRASONOGRAPHER I - FULL TIME

$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLESign on bonus will be paid in full after passing probationary period. Two (2) years commitment is required. NEW EMPLOYEES ONLY.

 Essential Functions:

• Perform      breast ultrasound examinations and breast biopsy procedures according to      policy and protocol
• Serve      as a resource to the physicians for breast ultrasound
• Review      scheduled appointments for outside imaging, imaging/physician reports and      additional criteria required by radiologist.
• Greet      patients with a calm and soothing manner as to help alleviate anxiety      related to their examinations
• Ensure      patient understands results and recommendations of their examination as      given by the radiologist 
• Maintain      proper quality control of ultrasound equipment

Requirements:

  

Required Education and Experience: 

ARDMS registered, with a minimum of 1 year experience of breast scanning.

Registered in breast or must complete breast registry within 3 months of employment.

CPR certification within 3 months of employment
