Registered Nurse RN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our night-shift nursing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in nursing practices and a strong commitment to patient care. Available shifts are 6 pm to 6 am and 10 pm to 6 am.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and admissions based on medical needs, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing venipuncture, and managing medical documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures, empowering them to take an active role in their care.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed, maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Current Illinois RN licensure is required

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred. Experience working with memory care is very beneficial

• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential, ensuring accurate and compliant medical records.
