Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA & Production Specialist to join our swing shift LABELING TEAM. This role sits at the intersection of "making" and "checking."

Key Responsibilities

• Production      Operations: Set up and operate label printing and finishing equipment      (flexographic, digital, or die-cutting).
• Quality      Inspection: Conduct inspections and final audits to check for color      accuracy, registration, adhesive quality, and text legibility.
• Defect      Management: Identify and pull defective materials (ink bleeds,      misaligned cuts, or material flaws) before the order reach the shipping      stage.

• Equipment      Care: Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance to ensure      peak machine performance. Keep      working area clean and organized.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical      Aptitude: Comfort working with industrial machinery and digital      interfaces.
• Color      Proficiency: Ability to distinguish subtle color variations (matching      Pantone shades).
• Reliability:      A track record of meeting production deadlines without sacrificing      quality.
