Client Outreach Specialist

We're seeking an energetic and professional Client Outreach Specialist to support attendance efforts for upcoming trade and networking events. In this temporary role, you'll connect with individuals who have already received event invitations, send friendly reminders, answer basic questions, and encourage them to complete online registration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service over the phone.

The ideal candidate is confident making outbound calls and comfortable reaching businesses and organizations to connect with key decision-makers and invited attendees. Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, business development, sales, or other phone-based roles is highly preferred. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate call records, assisting with event-related and administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive experience for prospective attendees through professional, engaging communication.
