Community First Bank is looking for a Loan Servicer to join our team. This position is a great fit for someone who understands banking, enjoys problem-solving, pays attention to the details, and wants to expand their knowledge of the lending side of the bank.

As a Loan Servicer, you'll work behind the scenes to support our lending teams and customers. Responsibilities may include maintaining loans in the bank's core system, balancing accounts, reviewing loan files,  maintaining tickler systems, and researching and resolving loan-related questions.

What we're looking for:

• Previous banking or financial services experience

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• A willingness to learn and expand your banking knowledge

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• The ability to provide excellent service to both internal and external customers

• Someone who enjoys being part of a team and taking ownership of their work
