As a Partner at New York Life, your progression to Senior Partner, Executive Partner, or Managing Partner will be determined by specific and measurable goals and will be completely merit-based.
Compensation:$100,000 - $130,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored insurance solutions.
Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with company objectives and values.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expanding the client base.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance and career progression.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to maintain our reputation for excellence.
Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and executing strategic business plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
