We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Bertrand Chaffee Hospital in Springville, NY. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care focused on rural healthcare.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse on our Med-Surg unit, you will:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of all assigned patients

• Care for patients across the age continuum

• Manage comprehensive patient history, including patient interview, psychological and physical assessment, and patient's perception of illness

• Manage a written care plan for assigned patients on the unit, plans the care for individual patients, and directs and supervises others in the planning of patient's care

• Work 3 scheduled 12 hour shifts (Day & Night); pick up additional shifts as needed

Requirements

• AAS Nursing

• BSN preferred

• Active valid NYS RN License

• BLS/CPR

Compensation

• Per Diem Rate of $43.00 per hour

• Nights Shift Differentials apply: $1.25/2.25
