What You'll Do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Complete system inspections, seasonal tune-ups, cleaning, and equipment performance checks
• Identify worn components, potential system issues, and needed repairs during maintenance visits
• Check filters, electrical components, controls, refrigerant levels, and overall system operation
• Communicate maintenance findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete digital maintenance reports and documentation using a company-provided tablet
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, cleanliness, and customer service

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of HVAC maintenance experience is preferred
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
