Housekeeping Supervisor

Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while ensuring infection control and cleanliness standards are consistently met throughout the facility.Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and schedule the housekeeping teamOversee daily cleaning of resident rooms and common areasEnsure compliance with infection control and sanitation standardsPerform routine inspections and address environmental concernsMaintain housekeeping supplies and equipmentWork collaboratively with nursing and maintenance departmentsQualifications:Minimum 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing setting requiredKnowledge of infection control and environmental services standardsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsDependable with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilitiesWhat We Offer:$45,000 - $50,000 annuallyMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time offSupportive leadership and a collaborative work environment
