Day Services Supervisor

Position Summary

The Day Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating assigned staff while supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This position oversees staff schedules and documentation, monitors individual progress toward goals, provides staff training and supervision, and works directly in the field with individuals when needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Dependable transportation and proof of current automobile insurance.
• Ability to pass required drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to pass a criminal records/background check.
• Ability to pass the Personal Care Assistant Competency Test with a score of 80% or higher.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on the needs of individuals and the program.
• CPR and First Aid certification; training may be provided by the agency.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications, including First Aid, CPR, MANDT, Medication Administration, and other certifications required for the position.
