Join Our Team of Passionate Paraprofessionals!Precision HR is currently hiring Paraprofessionals to support students with severe and complex special needs in person in Red Wing, MN.Pay:* Level 4 High School Paras: $25/hr. - paid weekly!* General Ed Middle School: $22/hr. - paid weekly! Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:45am - 3:00pmQualifications:You’ll need one of the following:

  • At least 60 college credits or an Associate’s degree
  • A passing score (460+) on the ParaPro Assessment
Your role will include:
  • Supporting students with academic and behavioral growth, including IEP goals
  • Collaborating with classroom teachers to enhance learning experiences
  • Creating a safe, inclusive space where every student feels valued
