Facilities Maintenance Team Member

Description:

Crystal Tree Golf & Country Club is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Facilities Maintenance team member to help maintain our clubhouse, aquatics center, racquets (pickleball & tennis) facilities.  This position plays an important role in ensuring our Members and guests enjoy a first-class experience by keeping our facilities safe, clean, and operating efficiently.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs 
• Plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs 
• Preventative maintenance on HVAC, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems 
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete work orders in a timely manner 
• Maintain pools, locker rooms, fitness center, and clubhouse support areas 
• Operate maintenance equipment and tools safely 
• Assist with seasonal projects including event setup and facility improvements 
• Respond to maintenance emergencies when necessary 
• Maintain organized maintenance shops and inventory 
• Follow all OSHA and workplace safety standards 

Qualifications

• Previous facilities maintenance or building maintenance experience preferred 
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems 
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment 
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions 
• Valid driver's license required 
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed 

Preferred Experience

• Country club, golf course, hospitality, or commercial facilities experience 
• HVAC certification or trade experience is a plus 
• Pool maintenance knowledge is beneficial but not required
