Job Summary:

Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in the South Brunswick Township, New Jersey area. As a BT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based ABA therapy interventions, including behavioral skills training, functional communication training, and data collection and analysis

  • Work collaboratively with BCBAs and other team members to develop and implement personalized treatment plans

  • Provide direct therapy services to clients in home, school, and community settings

  • Maintain accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and data collection

  • Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to ensure clinical integrity and continued professional growth

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure seamless service coordination and delivery
