Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders to promote our community's services and reputation

• Identify and pursue opportunities to collaborate with community groups, events, and initiatives to further our mission

• Act as a liaison between our community and the local healthcare system, ensuring seamless communication and coordination

• Provide information and support to community members, caregivers, and healthcare providers to educate them about our services and benefits

• Participate in community events and activities to promote our community and build relationships with stakeholders

• Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, and activities to ensure effective tracking and follow-up

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement outreach strategies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2+ years of experience in community outreach, social work, or a related field

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

• Familiarity with local community organizations and healthcare providers
