Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation with company vehicles, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations

• Maintain a flexible working schedule to ensure efficient and effective support to our team

• Assist with personal errands, pick-ups, shopping, and other tasks as needed

• Support administrative tasks, including organization of calendars, correspondence, documents, and other essential duties

• Make phone calls, send emails, and schedule appointments with precision and accuracy

• Prepare for meetings, appointments, travel, and other events with attention to detail

• Anticipate needs and proactively assist with daily activities and responsibilities

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED

• Valid Driver's License

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities

• Flexible and adaptable schedule, with the ability to work varied hours

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word 365
