GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Unload delivery trucks with a forklift and make sure all product is received as noted on the Packing Slip. Check all inventory for damage, before accepting.
Tag orders using Side Mark information, and store in both warehouses
Prepare daily orders/jobs, in preparation for next day pick-up by installers
Maintain accurate records of all returned inventory, and let the office know what is returned
Monitor inventory levels of all glues, adhesives, tack strip, grout, mortar, plywood, knife

blades, etc., as well as floor cleaners, polish, etc. for retail. Order additional quantity as required.

Maintain accurate records of all carpet role lengths, especially as jobs deplete the carpet role.
Fill the office/warehouse refrigerator with water, as required.

MAINTENANCE/CLEANING

Sweep the warehouse floors throughout the day, and use the floor scrubber once a week
Clean the warehouse restroom daily
Pick-up trash on the parking lots and front grass areas, especially after grass cutting
Clean the area around the trash dumpsters, especially after daily pick-up
Empty office, kitchen, restroom trash cans each day.
