[Westfield Topanga] Toy Store / Retail Store Manager

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager to join our new store opening at Topanga Mall in October.

Our store offers a fun and unique selection of toys, stationery, accessories, and cute character merchandise. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on manager who can lead the store team, oversee daily operations, and create an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and store maintenance
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and develop Sales Associates
• Drive sales performance and work toward achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Maintain consistently high standards of customer service
• Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, product displays, and overall store presentation
• Handle and resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally
• Lead by example as a hands-on manager, actively working alongside the team on the sales floor

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail management experience or equivalent leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a retail team
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A good eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Mall operating hours may vary depending on the season
• Strong English communication skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience
