About the RoleThe Environmental Services Associate supports a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities• Assist with maintenance operations.
• Maintain a safe environment and cleanliness throughout the community and resident areas.
• Basic maintenance skills including plumbing, drywall, painting, electrical, etc.
• Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Support team efforts to uphold safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications & Requirements• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of inspections and safety protocols.
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
Physical RequirementsAbility to lift, move, or carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
