Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide support and companionship to an individual in their home and community.

Responsibilities

• 
  Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and daily routines
• 
  Prepare meals and assist with meal planning as needed
• 
  Provide companionship and encourage socialization and community involvement
• 
  Provide reminders and prompting with household cleaning and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment
• 
  Encourage independence while providing support where needed
  

Requirements

• 
  Must have CPR and First Aid certification or be willing to obtain certification
• 
  Must be able to successfully pass a Level 2 Background Screening
  
  
• 
  Ability to follow directions and work independently
• 
  Previous caregiving or direct-support experience is required
