About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about animal care and willing to learn and grow with our team. As a Veterinary Kennel Technician, you will be responsible for providing care to pets, including walking, feeding, and documenting treatment. You will also assist with weighing and checking in surgery patients, ensuring hospital organization through cleaning and restocking activities, and assisting vet techs as needed. This is a part-time position, requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and alternating holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care to pets staying with us for extended periods, including walking, feeding, and documenting treatment
• Weigh and assist with checking in surgery patients
• Ensure hospital organization through cleaning and restocking activities
• Assist vet techs as needed
• Give medications as directed to hospitalized patients

Requirements:

• Ability to work with a team and provide exceptional patient care
• Enthusiastic energy, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
• Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and alternating holidays
