This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain clean and presentable property grounds.Pick up trash and empty common-area trash bins.Clean vacant units, including trash-outs, wiping surfaces, sweeping, and mopping.Maintain breezeways, pool areas, and other common areas.Assist with basic property and maintenance tasks as needed.Follow direction from the Maintenance Supervisor.Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community environment.Required QualificationsNo prior maintenance or trade experience required.Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.Willingness to learn and follow instructions.Strong work ethic and positive attitude.Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.BenefitsCompetitive hourly compensation.Flexible part-time schedule.Opportunity to gain experience in multifamily property management and marketing.Collaborative and supportive team environment.
