2nd shift Inside Maintenance (must be able to work weekends and holidays)

 

SUMMARY

To perform in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited, to check-in and check-out of guests, which contributes to an overall positive experience. This is part time position, with the potential for full-time work.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Registers and assigns rooms to
2. Issue room keys and give instructions to guests as appropriate.
3. Stamps mail in the out
4. Transmits and receives messages using equipment such as telephone, fax and switchboard.
5. Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests and shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions
6. Keeps records of room availability and guests'
7. Computes bills, collects payment and makes changes for
8. Make, confirm, modify and cancel reservations for
9. May post charges such as room, food, or telephone by hand or
10. May make restaurant, transportation or entertainment reservations for
11. May deposit guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe deposit

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Must have good customer relations skills. A friendly and professional tone and actions are vital. Must be able to speak clearly and listen carefully. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

Lifting 20Ibs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 10 lbs. requires walking or standing to a significant degree. Talking. Hearing.
