Referral Specialist

Qualifications: Must have a High School Diploma.  Must have 3 years of medical experience.

Job duties include but are not limited to: 

• Make referrals and follow up
• Run reports to check for open referrals
• Report to the Referral Supervisor
• Make referrals to specialty offices, including faxing patient information
• Ensure patients keep their referral appointments
• Maintain work lists in EMR in a timely manner
• Perform any and all other duties as assigned by the supervisor
