Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Aspire Senior Living Warsaw, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to our residents. Your expertise and kindness will help us achieve our Vision Statement of enhancing the lives of everyone we touch.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, resident-centered care to our seniors, including medication administration, wound care, and daily living assistance

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

• Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting open communication and team collaboration

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Missouri

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

• Experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing or related field preferred.
