Join our team as an Industrial Refrigeration Foreman!IHG Mechanical, a leading provider of industrial refrigeration solutions in DFW, TX, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of full-time Industrial Refrigeration Foreman. If you're an experienced leader with expertise in installing ammonia and freon equipment, we want you to lead our dedicated team of installers!WHAT WE OFFERWe provide competitive pay ranging from $40 to $60 per hour as well as comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.YOUR ROLE AS AN INDUSTRIAL REFRIGERATION FOREMAN:As the Industrial Refrigeration Foreman, you'll leverage your skills to oversee and manage a team of four to six installers. Collaborating closely with the director of construction, you'll ensure project specifications are met and timelines are adhered to. Additionally, you'll be responsible for procuring and receiving all necessary materials and equipment for each project, ensuring your team has everything needed to succeed.
