Housekeeping Aide

Rae-Ann Westlake is currently seeking a housekeeping aide to join our team!

Shift Availability:

Morning: 6:00am - 2:30pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm

Afternoon - 4:00pm - 8:00pm (Part-Time only)

Qualifications:

· Must be flexible and willing to work a varying work schedule.

· The housekeeping aide must be at least 16 years of age, with appropriate work permit, or older, and in good mental and physical health.

· Must be able and willing to perform heavy lifting and tedious physical chores inside, and when conditions warrant, outside the physical plant.

· Must be able to read and write with clarity, sufficient to follow instructions, identify materials from their labels and understand their directions for use.

· Must be able to make written reports when necessary.

Responsibilities:

· Reports directly to the housekeeping supervisor for the cleanliness of the physical plant and environment, including the fixtures, furniture and equipment.

· Maintains the environment so that it is clean, safe, attractive and operative at all times.

· Collect clothing from bins stationed throughout facility and wash them according to best practice.
