Job Description
Pansy Homecare is hiring experienced caregivers for in-home dementia care in the Hartford area.
We're looking for dependable caregivers who want meaningful work, competitive pay, and a team that actually supports them. Day, evening, overnight, and weekend opportunities may be available depending on client needs.
If you have experience caring for seniors and clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll DoOur caregivers provide one-on-one care that helps clients remain safe and comfortable at home.
Your responsibilities may include:
Personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and feeding
Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Mobility and transfer assistance
Dementia and Alzheimer's care
Behavior support
Meal preparation
Companionship
Following individualized care plans
Communicating changes or concerns to the care team
$19.50/hour starting pay — up to $25/hour

3+ years of professional caregiving experience
1+ year of dementia care experience
Hands-on personal care and ADL experience
Reliable transportation
Ability to commit to an agreed-upon schedule
Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen
Must be 18 years or older
CNA, HHA, PCA, and experienced home care professionals are encouraged to apply.
