Pay Rate: Day Shift: $19.00 per hour

Shift / Schedule: Monday - Friday some Saturdays, 4am - until finished (OT is mandatory)

A2Z Staffs is actively seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in Sacramento. This is a physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position.

In this role, you will:

• Load and unload tires manually
• Unload 1,000 tires manually daily, within a certain time frame
• Order picking / order selecting
• Attendance and punctuality are VITAL
• Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures
• Ability to repetitively lift- up to 80 pounds
• Work on feet for extended periods of time

Requirements

• Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shift
• Must be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shift
• Must have steel toed boots or steel toed shoes
• Must be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary)
• Must be bilingual
• Must be able to be at work each day you are schedule and be on time
• Must pass E-verify
• Must pass a 10 panel drug screen (THC is included in drug screen)
• Must pass background check (Criminal Wide Screen National - 7yr, Misdemeanor Wide Screen National - 5 yr)
