Galaxy ABA Therapy is growing our Northern Virginia team and seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team based in the Arlington, VA area. As a BCBA, you will be part of a clinician-led practice providing thoughtful, family-centered in-home ABA services to clients ages 2-21 throughout the DMV.

What You'll Do
• Complete functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Oversee, train, and provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Use data to monitor client progress and refine treatment programming
• Partner with parents, caregivers, schools, and outside providers to support each client's goals
• Practice in alignment with BACB ethical guidelines and internal clinical standards
What We're Looking For
• BCBA certification, current and in good standing with the BACB
• Virginia LBA license, or eligibility to apply for one
• Hands-on experience supervising RBTs and running ABA programs
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for in-home visits
Nice to Have
• Background in home-based ABA service delivery
• Working knowledge of the Northern Virginia / DMV area and local school systems
• Spanish/English bilingual ability
• Clinical experience spanning early intervention through adolescent and young adult populations
