Highly Skilled Caregiver

Location: Cleveland, Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $13.00/hr; increased to $13.50/hr after 90 days with no violations

About the Position

SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe is seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients in the Cleveland, TX area. The ideal candidate is experienced, professional, attentive to detail, and genuinely passionate about helping others maintain their independence and quality of life at home.

This position is ideal for a caregiver who takes pride in providing reliable, personalized, and high-quality care and who understands the importance of treating every client with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene

• Provide mobility assistance and transfers as needed

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary

• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan

• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction

• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and activities when needed

• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition or behavior

• Follow individualized care plans and company policies

• Maintain accurate and timely communication with the office and client's family

• Protect client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times

• Provide dependable care and communicate promptly regarding scheduling or client needs

Qualifications

• Previous professional caregiving experience required (at least 6 months)

• Experience with senior care, dementia care, mobility assistance, or complex care preferred

• Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions within the scope of the care plan

• Must demonstrate patience, compassion, and professionalism

• Reliable and insured transportation and a valid driver's license isrequired

• Must be able to pass required background and employment screenings
