In-Home Caregiver - Immediate Openings

Pansy Homecare is a dementia-focused home care agency looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes.

With a $20.50/hour starting rate and opportunities to earn up to $25/hour, this is a great opportunity for experienced caregivers looking for flexible hours, meaningful work, and a supportive team.

Depending on client needs, opportunities may include:

• Day shifts

• Evening shifts

• Overnight shifts

• Weekend shifts

• Part-time and additional hours

• $20.50/hour starting pay — up to $25/hour

As a caregiver, you'll provide personalized in-home support while helping your client maintain their safety, comfort, and independence.

Responsibilities may include:

• Bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and feeding assistance

• Personal care and ADL assistance

• Mobility and transfers

• Dementia and Alzheimer's care

• Behavior support

• Meal preparation

• Companionship

• Following individualized care plans

• Communicating changes in the client's condition to the care team

• 3+ years of professional caregiving experience

• 1+ year of dementia care experience

• Experience with hands-on personal care and ADLs

• Reliable transportation

• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen

• Must be 18 years or older

• Dependable and compassionate
