Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 / hour

Temp to Hire

Schedule: Full-Time, regular day shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily facility operations. You will handle inventory management, material handling, shipping and receiving, and general shop maintenance to keep our warehouse running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving: Assist with unloading incoming freight, inspecting deliveries, loading outbound orders, and staging materials.
Inventory Management: Accurately pull parts, tools, and supplies required for scheduled jobs and customer orders.
Material Handling: Safely operate a forklift to move materials, pallets, and stock throughout the warehouse.
Facility Maintenance: Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by performing routine housekeeping duties.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 2–3 years of prior warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience required.
Certification: Current Forklift Certification required.
Stand and Sit Forklift Experience required
Physical Demands: Ability to lift, pull, and carry heavy items, climb ladders, and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
