BCBA Position – Full-Time or Part-Time
Position Overview
Majestic Care ABA is seeking dedicated BCBAs to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to individuals with autism and their families throughout North Carolina. Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Work Setting: Hybrid (Client visits as needed)
Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 + BCBA bonus opportunities
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Develop and oversee evidence-based ABA programs tailored to each client's strengths, needs, and goals
Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed
Provide ongoing clinical oversight to ensure high-quality implementation of treatment programs
Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
Review session documentation and provide timely feedback to support quality care
Travel to client sites to provide home- and school-based visits and clinical support
Provide caregiver training and partner with families to promote skill development and generalization
Collaborate with families, schools, service providers, and other members of the client's care team as appropriate
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company, payer, and BACB requirements
Uphold the highest standards of ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care
Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Minimum one (1) year of BCBA experience preferred
Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
Successful completion of required background checks
Reliable transportation for community-based services
Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
Passion for supporting individuals with autism and their families
Commitment to ethical and evidence-based ABA practice
Compensation & Benefits
