We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance & Fleet Technician to help keep our Tulsa facilities, grounds, and fleet vehicles safe, reliable, and ready to serve our communities.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, troubleshooting, working with their hands, and seeing the results of their work every day. From maintaining facility systems to keeping vehicles road-ready, you'll play an important role in making sure our people and mobile operations can do what they do best.Location: Tulsa, OKPay: Competitive pay based on education and/or experience plus shift differential and holiday pay; tenure bonuses, employee referral bonusesBenefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401(k), paid-time-off, $5,000 annual tuition reimbursement, etcDays: Monday through FridayHours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.; may varyWhat You'll DoKeep our Facilities Safe & OperationalManage and update work orders for facility maintenance requestsInspect facilities, grounds, and parking areas and report deficienciesInspect and replace damaged ceiling tiles as neededInspect, troubleshoot, and repair light fixturesTroubleshoot basic electrical issuesPerform basic plumbing repairs, including sinks, toilets, and drainsConduct basic roof inspections as neededKeep our Fleet Road-ReadyPerform and coordinate maintenance for the organization's fleetTrack daily vehicle repairs, including pending and completed workMaintain accurate records of vehicle usage, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairsEnsure vehicles remain in safe, reliable operating conditionComplete required vehicle inspections, including external and trailer lightsSchedule and monitor preventive maintenance and other repairsEvaluate whether repairs should be completed internally or by an outside provider based on cost and effectivenessRecommend vehicle replacements or repairs when appropriateIdentify and recommend qualified vendors and service providersReview and route vehicle maintenance and parts invoices for paymentWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is dependable, resourceful, safety-minded, and comfortable troubleshooting problems.
