As a Floor Care Technician, you will play a vital role in our housekeeping team, ensuring the upkeep of our facility and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

About the Role:

As a Floor Care Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, including floors, corridors, and common areas. Your duties will include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing floors, walls, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning products and equipment

• Disinfecting and restocking bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs

• Collecting and disposing of trash and recyclables in a responsible and eco-friendly manner

• Partnering with our maintenance team to address facility needs and report any issues or concerns

• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment by following infection control protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a healthcare or housekeeping setting (training provided)

• Ability to lift, bend, and move furniture as needed

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality with a strong commitment to our team

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
