About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Bayshore Nursing & Rehab, your responsibilities may include:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and implementing individualized treatment plans
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Conducting patient assessments, identifying problems, and developing interventions to improve outcomes
Educating patients and families on self-care techniques, disease management, and prevention strategies

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
Diploma
Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin
