Marketing Associate

Spartan Marketing Group is a growing marketing agency focused on helping businesses build their brand, reach more customers, and stay visible in competitive markets. We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate to support day-to-day marketing services for our internal and external clients. This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to gain exposure to multiple areas of agency marketing and develop into a versatile, well-rounded marketing professional. The ideal candidate is someone that is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable supporting a variety of marketing projects.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage website updates and basic content changes
• Write and format blog posts
• Assist with light graphic design and creative updates
• Pull reports and help organize marketing performance data
• Assist with campaign setup and general marketing support tasks
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Basic experience with Squarespace or other website platforms preferred
• Familiarity with Canva, Affinity, or similar design software preferred
• Writing, blogging, or social media experience preferred
• Internship, school, freelance, or entry-level marketing experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
