Responsibilities:
- Ensure each guest receives personalized and attentive service, enhancing their overall experience.
- Collaborate with team members to set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, ensuring a seamless presentation.
- Promptly address guest inquiries and requests, demonstrating a proactive approach to service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, contributing to a welcoming environment.
- Assist in the breakdown and cleanup of banquet spaces, ensuring a smooth transition between events.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, prioritizing the well-being of guests and colleagues alike.
Qualifications:
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring each guest feels valued and attended to.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to set up and maintain banquet spaces, enhancing the guest experience.
