Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a dependable and compassionate male caregiver for a client in Solana Beach. The client needs standby assistance with showering, personal care, mobility, and daily activities.

These short shifts are perfect for someone looking for meaningful part-time work that fits into a busy schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide standby assistance with showers and personal hygiene
• Prepare meals and provide hydration reminders
• Follow fall precautions and closely monitor safety
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands
• Offer companionship and meaningful engagement
• Provide general supervision and well-being checks
• Assist with safe mobility while the client uses his walker

Requirements

• Dependable, compassionate, patient, and attentive
• Professional or personal caregiving experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• CNA or HHA preferred but not required
• Current California Home Care Aide registration
• Negative TB test completed within 90 days or within seven days after hire
• Must be able to pass a background check
