Marketing Specialist (Campaigns, Email & Web)Content Creation | Promotions | Creative ExecutionLocation: Pullman, WA | Position: Full-timeCherie Amour is hiring a Marketing Specialist to support campaign planning, content creation, and execution across email, web, and digital channels.This role focuses on bringing marketing campaigns to life; from developing promotional ideas to building emails, updating web content, and ensuring every client touchpoint is polished, cohesive, and on-brand.This role is primarily focused on email marketing, campaign execution, website updates, and content creation. Social media support is secondary. We're looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and proactive - someone who can contribute ideas, take direction, and execute high-quality work.What You'll DoCampaign Planning & ExecutionAssist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal initiatives.Help bring campaign ideas to life across email, web, and supporting channels.Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.Email & SMS MarketingBuild, design, and schedule email and SMS campaigns.Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for promotions and client communication.Assist with segmentation and campaign setup to ensure effective targeting.Maintain a high standard of design and layout across all email communications.Website & Landing PagesUpdate website content, promotions, and landing pages.Assist in building pages that support campaigns and improve conversion.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and a seamless user experience across the site.Content Creation & Creative ExecutionCreate marketing assets including email designs, graphics, and digital content using Canva or similar tools.Maintain a cohesive and elevated brand aesthetic across all platforms.Collaborate with the team to source and organize content (images, testimonials, etc.).Social Media (Supporting Role)Assist with content creation and scheduling for social media.Ensure social content aligns with overall campaigns and brand messaging.Organization & CollaborationMaintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.Stay organized across multiple projects and deadlines.Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support overall marketing initiatives.This Role Is a Strong Fit If YouHave experience executing marketing campaigns, not just posting on social media.Have a strong eye for design and care about clean, polished, visually appealing work.Enjoy writing and can create clear, engaging marketing copy.Are both creative and organized; you can generate ideas and execute them.Are proactive and take initiative rather than waiting for direction.Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Requirements1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or campaign execution.Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).Strong copywriting skills for emails, promotions, and web content.Experience creating marketing assets using Canva or similar design tools.Experience updating websites or working with landing pages (WordPress and Shopify preferred).Strong attention to detail and organization.Clear and professional communication skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience working on promotional campaigns or product launches.Familiarity with SMS marketing.Experience in a direct-to-consumer or service-based business.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly or salary pay (based on experience)Opportunity for growth within the marketing teamMedical, dental, vision, life, LTD, and 401(k)Paid vacation and sick leaveOngoing training and developmentAbout Cherie AmourCherie Amour creates high-end, confidence-focused photography experiences.
