Nexus of Geneva is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Aide AM to join our team. As a Laundry Aide AM, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility by assisting with laundry operations. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and service to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sorting, washing, drying, and folding patient laundry in accordance with facility policies and regulations

• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, including washing machines, dryers, and storage spaces

• Operate laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and ironing machines

• Fold and put away patient laundry in a timely and efficient manner

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless laundry operations

• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience preferred

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
