About who needs care: He is my husband's brother. He has dementia and is totally bedridden without help. He also has diabetes. About the care needs: He can no longer interact with people much. He will still watch tv. We would need someone with a CNA certification. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
