House Cleaner

Manor house, hardwood on both main levels. We do fairly well cleaning, but would like a monthly clean to grab whatever we are not getting in our regular work. Would also consider making it a semi-annual deep clean instead or in addition. Both of us work during the day and are home on weekends, so preferred time is then (especially the first couple of times until we get a feel for one another); after that we can discuss possibly an afternoon during the week. We have a basement, attic, and garage areas that do not need addressed, although the enclosed side porch will. We also have four cats, so please consider if you have allergies.
